Located at 95 Avenue du Grand Port in Aix-Les-Bains, halfway between "Les Termes" and the lake, you will find an ideal place to relax. You can relax on a lovely 10 m² terrace, with uninterrupted views of the Revard and the Dent du Chat. The Residence is secure and surrounded by a large private park .

A 13 m² bedroom with Queen Size bed and work area completes this property.
Your bed will be made on your arrival'day.
A fibre optic connection, free WIFI and 49" Smart TV are also available on site.

• A good location : The street leads on one side to the lake and  the other side to Aix-les-Bains's downtown near the SPA Treatment Centre.

• The private car park space in front of the entrance is a plus.

• This small building is located in the middle of a park which brings peace and tranquility in countryside close to the heart of the city.

• The bus stop is situated next to the entrance.

• The bakery (fresh bread for breakfast) is at  200 m from the park entrance.
